ResiQuest Five Stage Process:

You will be assigned a client relationship manager who will make the onboarding process seamless. We will discuss the various options available and tailor your account and integrations accordingly.

Using our free, market-leading inventory management platform, you will have access to your own online dashboard which allows you to assign and manage the inventory process with a click of a button.
3. Inspection

After instructing us to complete a report, your job is done! We take control and communicate with all parties, adopting a flexible approach. We will carry out a detailed inspection using our data capturing technology.
4. Report

We prepare and issue our reports to all parties within 48 hours of inspection. Tenant signatures are captured via our software and notifications are sent within 3 and 7 days if the report is not signed. This process is tracked via our software in the event of a dispute.

Any other follow up actions such as maintenance, cleaning, etc can be synchronised with external systems such as Fixflo, to generate work orders and reduce administration.
